1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing uc888.bio, creating an Account, making a deposit, or using any Service, you unconditionally agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and uc888.

uc888 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation — including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID, passport, or other proof of age and identity — at any time and to suspend account access pending verification completion.

4. Account Registration

To use uc888's real-money gaming services, you must create a single registered Account. The following rules apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account per Person: Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

5. Deposits & Payments

uc888 accepts deposits via the following approved payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven cash-in, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. uc888 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

• All deposits are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. uc888 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own fees independently.
• Deposits must originate from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited.
• uc888 reserves the right to reverse deposits that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Account holder.

6. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available Real Money Funds from their uc888 Account subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified before any withdrawal request will be processed.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• uc888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the uc888 platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the uc888 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial activities;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity;
• Creating multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account;

• Engaging in any conduct that uc888 reasonably determines to be abusive toward its employees, agents, or other Players.

10. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit;
